Services (hereafter the “Service”) is a service that allows its users (“you”, “your”) to manage waiting guests in a restaurant or to be seated in a restaurant that manages a waiting list. The Service may be accessed via a website, mobile application, and via text messaging (collectively, the “Service”). By actively visiting and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, including the practices for collecting, using, and managing the information described herein.

Personal data is any information about an individual from which we may personally identify you, such as your name, email address, or phone number. It does not include anonymous data where the identity has been removed.

We may collect such data that you provide us directly, or that you provide us indirectly by providing it to restaurant operators, and we may also collect data by logging how you use the Service such as by utilizing cookies on our site.
You may choose not to provide us with your personal data, however in general to make use of the Service you will need to provide us with certain information about you, such as your name if you choose to join a waiting list at a restaurant or your mobile phone number if you choose to be notified by text message that your restaurant table is available.
Personal Information we collect directly
Personal Details, such as your name, and any additional information you may submit such as your photos, birthday, anniversary and personal food allergies.
Contact information, such as phone number or email address.
Dining Information – This may include the number of people in your dining party, a seating area if requested, the time of day dining at the restaurant, the length of waiting time for dining, the specific restaurant where dining, and the specific geographical location where dining.
Information restaurants report about individual customers, such as notes about the specific party dining out
Communication you send us or to a restaurant, such as communication included when replying via text message or other mobile messaging services to any message sent by the restaurant.
Restaurant Business Information. For restaurant operators, this includes any information submitted to us when creating an account such as the name, email address, phone number, or address of the restaurant, and any personal information submitted (as listed above).
Device information, such as what mobile phone or website browser you might be used to access the Service, including the device name and time of access.
We use the personal data we collect from you for several reasons. This includes delivering the Service to you, creating and registering accounts, managing waiting lists and notifying you when your dining table is available, facilitating communication between restaurants and their customers, performing and managing our commercial activities, and managing our incentive programs and marketing operations.

Provide the Service, offering products and functionality to fulfill requests, including but not limited to joining wait lists, being notified via mobile phone (including text messaging) by restaurants, being seated by restaurants.
Provide the Service to restaurants, facilitating management of waiting lists for restaurants including facilitating communication via mobile phone (including text messaging) between restaurants and their customers.
Tailor your experience with our services, such as by improving messaging to customers, etc.
Protect against, investigate, and deter fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
Comply with our policies and legal obligations, including law enforcement, subpoenas, judicial orders, etc.
Electronic Communications
As permitted by law, and with your consent, we may communicate with you by email, text message, or mobile push notification to:
Send information relating to the Service, including wait list confirmations and notifications, reminders, updates, technical notices, security alerts, support messages, and administrative messages.
Send marketing communications, including emails, text messages, phone calls, and remarketing advertising where applicable
Aggregate Information, We use personal information in the aggregate to compile trends, etc.
We may share your personal data with 3rd parties such as restaurants, affiliated businesses (and their websites or apps), service providers that work on behalf of us, and more generally any of our business partners or providers. If we sell or divest our business or any part of it, and your personal data relates to such sold or divested part of our business, or if we merge with another business, we will share your personal data with the new owner of the business or our merger partner, respectively. If we are legally obliged to do so, we will share personal data to protect our customers, our site, our company, and our rights and property.
If you use the Service to communicate with restaurants, that communication will be shared with the restaurant operator and its staff. Should any communication be deemed offensive, racist, bullying, discriminatory, inciting violence, or otherwise illegal, we may share that communication with the appropriate legal authority.
We do not permit our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes, but only to process your personal data for specified purposes to aid us in delivering the Service.
Sharing personal information with Restaurants
When you use the Service, such as joining a restaurant wait list, or if you are a guest of the person making the request, the restaurant necessarily captures certain categories of your information to facilitate your request that is submitted to the Service. For requests to dine, this information may include your name, party size, the time of day, the date of the visit, your phone number, general guest information, a requested seating area, and any special requests, information or comments that you choose to submit. By providing your information to the restaurant, you consent to the restaurant’s capture of your information and use of it to deliver the Service or use by their Affiliates to aid in delivery of the Service. While we retain such collected information, we do not offer restaurants the ability to access your personal information after providing the Service.
If you provide a mobile phone number in connection with your use of the Service, restaurants may send you text messages to deliver the service and you consent to receive these text messages.

With restaurants and restaurant affiliates. Information you provide to restaurants is available to restaurants in real-time and we may provide it later to restaurants to manage your seating in the restaurant, address complains, settle disputes, or aid the restaurant in providing hospitality service to you.
With our business partners. This may include but is not limited to business analysts, data science analysts, payments companies, customer service agencies, marketing services, public relations firms, or for general security. We may also use third-party providers to conduct online advertising based on your visit to our site and use of the Service, and they may collect information on our behalf, including, for example, for the diffusion of online advertisements that are targeted according to your interests. Third party service providers have access to the information and may collect it to the extent necessary to enable them to perform their functions. They are not permitted to share it or use it for any other purpose.
Third-party services or applications you use to log into your account. This could include Facebook, Google, or another service.
Communication you submit through the service, such as a text message reply to a restaurant. If you submit a message to a restaurant, you authorize us to share your message with the relevant restaurant, and you authorize the restaurant to reply to you through our Services including over text message.
In the event of a corporate transaction, including an acquisition, merger, financing, bankruptcy, dissolution, the unlikely event of bankruptcy, or other company transaction, we may disclose or transfer your information to a third party.
To protect rights and property, such as protecting the integrity of the Service, for personal safety, for the interests of you or any other person, and to detect, prevent, and/or otherwise address fraud, risk management, security, or technical issues.
